12 weeks..

It is now July 16th I am 12 1/2 weeks along and we have another Dr. Appt and we get to hear the heartbeat, (150-160's). Wow...so cool... can't beleive that we are having a baby...(this is repeated almost on a daily basis). I have only gained 5 pounds but I am starting to show, it is obvious that I am either getting fat or pregnant and I have just given up on regular clothes and moved on to maternity clothes now, so much more comfy.  All blood work has come back normal and we have opted out of any genetic testing or amnio tests! We are trusting God, He is in control, what is will be and it is all for His Glory!

I go again for last blood work on Aug 4th.

8 1/2 weeks..1st Dr. Appt.

So I'm 8 1/2 weeks along at this point and have been cramping a lot and feeling very tired, probably doesn't help that I am up every two hours to use the restroom.  In fact I don't think I cooked a single dinner or did much cleaning until after I was 10 weeks...poor Michael...he hates fast food now!  Around 10 weeks I started to feel a little nausea mostly starting in late afternoon until I went to bed which subsided around 13 weeks. The constant bathroom trips at night has subsided now to about every 4 to 5 hours so I am feeling almost back to my normal self again and am cooking and cleaning again...I have a happy husband again! Oh and the clothing is really tight now...I have borrowed as many clothes as I can from other people so I don't have to wear maternity clothes yet.

What a Shock...were having a baby

It all started on May 21st. We took a prenancy test and were shocked to find out so soon that we were expecting.  I didn't really believe I was pregnant and took the test again the next day.  We were so excited, I don't think that either of us thought it was really real until our first Dr. Appt. on June 18th.  We did the ultrasound and we got to see our little baby's heart beating.  It was really real now!
